VISIT TO CAIRO & ALEXANDRIA

In June I had the chance to visit both the two cities. The weather was very hot. I was totaly amazed looking at the Giza pyramids. Attended dinner while cruising the Nile and watching the belly dancing lady. Both the cities had narrow streets and traffic was always jammed but my bus driver skillfully meandered thru. Cairo is beautifully lit at night but looks dull in the daylight.
The sellers there were always trying to fleece away your money. Prices of goods was at their whims and fancy. You have to scout around before buying in order to get a good price.
Alexandria is a city that blends western and islamic cultures. Ruins from the Roman and Pharaoh period can easily be seen. Mosques are in abundance sometimes 3 stood side by side.

Dalam bulan Jun saya berkesempatan melawat Kaherah dan Alexandria. Menyaksikan piramid dan makan malam di atas kapal di sungai nil. Pemandangan malam lebih cantik dari siang. Harga barangan diletakkan secara gila-gila terutama untuk pelancong. Mesti pandai tawar menawar. Terdapat gabungan budaya islam, kristian, roman dan Mesir purba. Keseluruhannya satu pengalaman yang menggembirakan.
